Sitting on six acres of a field of Joshua Trees, this 1950 MCM house was in a very tired state when we first arrived. We had to completely gut the house & start again. We repaired the existing deck and built a 40’ swimming pool. We converted the garage to an ADU & did a full landscape remodel adding many local plants to the garden.
The project took over a year as we were working in the middle of covid which put further pressure on labor & material availability.
